WanderTrack is an online service that lets registered users track and visualise the countries and cities they have visited. The service is operated by Stefan Saxen ("we", "us", "our") and is available at wandertrack.app.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

All software, design, trademarks, and content that form part of WanderTrack are the exclusive property of Stefan Saxen. All rights reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You own the personal travel data you add to WanderTrack. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.
WanderTrack offers a free tier (up to 5 places) and paid plans (Annual subscription or Lifetime) that unlock unlimited places and additional features. Pricing is shown before any charge is made.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases — Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, handles payment processing, and is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable sales tax/VAT. Your payment card details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store them.
The Annual plan renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@wandertrack.app.
Free-tier features will continue to be available as described at the time of sign-up unless we give reasonable advance notice of changes.
We aim to keep WanderTrack available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control without liability to you.
WanderTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stefan Saxen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, with or without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
